Most unopened items sold by or on behalf of LVLYbride sold in new condition and returned within 14 days of delivery will receive a refund. If this item is opened or damaged or does not have a receipt upon refund request. it may be denied a refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund for your item, you must return at the item at your own expense (buyer must pay to ship the item back to us). All items must be returned to the sender address printed on your package. We are not responsible of items in transit that arrive broken. We do our best to package our items so they arrive to you in one piece! All items of glass material are packaged safely with styrofoam, plastic, bubble wrap and/or other cushioning items to ensure arrival in one piece. 

The shipping cost has not been factored into the cost of this product. A separate shipping fee will be calculated and sent to you upon completion of product production. All shipping costs must be calculated upon weight and shipment dispatch.
