All of LVLY Bride gowns are made to order.

All gowns generally take 45-60 days or as described by our staff upon inquiry  to construct and 4-5 days to ship to you.

All gowns are made to scale acording to standard US sizes. Please refer  to the size chart if you are outside the United States and need to convert to a different size option.

Size Recommendations:

If you are unsure about your size, we recommend you have measurements taken by your local tailor or shedule a body measurement consultation with us.

If you are unsure even so, we recommend ordering a size larger and having the dress altered to your body type upon arrival.

If you choose to have your gown altered, please schedule your alteration around the same time your gown is expected to arrive to you, as this will ensure your gown is taken care of before your wedding day.

 

If you have any questions throughout construction, please feel free to send us an email. We are happy to share progress updates with you regarding your gown.

Refunding your Item:
Unopened items sold by or on behalf of LVLYbride are in new condition and must be returned within 7 days of delivery will receive a refund. Buyer must provide a tracking number with proof of shipment within 7 days of purchase. If this item is opened or damaged or does not have a receipt upon refund request. it may be denied a refund or exchange.

 

Returning your Item
In order to receive a refund for your item, you must return the item at your own expense (buyer must pay to ship the item back to us). All items must be returned to the sender address printed on your package.

If the item arrives to you broken (severed) please contact us, we are more than happy to resolve the matter with you. If your item is the wrong size, color, or is not as described, please contact us via email. If you need more help, please contact us. returns@lvlybride.com
