All of our gowns are made to order.

All gowns generally take 30-35 days to construct and 4-5 days to ship to you. If it is wedding season (May-August) You can expect a longer lead time of 45-60 days for construction.

All gowns are made to scale standard US sizes.

If you are unsure about your size, we recommend you have measurements taken by your local tailor.
If you are unsure even so, we recommend ordering a size larger and having the dress altered to your body type upon arrival.

If you choose to have your gown altered, please schedule your alteration around the same time your gown is expected to arrive to you, as this will ensure your gown is taken care of before your wedding day.

If you have any questions throughout construction, please feel free to send us an email. We are happy to share progress updates with you regarding your gown.
*VALID AS OF January 20th,2020 - Due to the pandemic and prevention of the spread of COVID- 19, and the safety of others, we can not accept any gowns that have been worn (even if the item was tried on). Please understand and please note your size before purchasing.

Unopened items sold by or on behalf of LVLYbride are in new condition and must be returned within 7 days of delivery will receive a refund. Buyer must provide a tracking number with proof of shipment within 7 days of purchase. If this item is opened or damaged or does not have a receipt upon refund request. it may be denied a refund or exchange.

In order to receive a refund for your item, you must return at the item at your own expense (buyer must pay to ship the item back to us). All items must be returned to the sender address printed on your package.

Astonishing Experience
I’m here to tell y’all they are legitimate and I had an anmazing experience. They were there for me whenever I needed them and always answered my questions after I messaged them. You can even get a subscription to view the process of your dress. Even without the the subscription they sent me random updates of the dress. I ordered on Feb.28 and received the dress by March 30 (1 month later). Everything went flawless and the shipping was the best part. I paid for shipping on 3/29 and received 3/30
