Our in-home try on Experience is a personalized, stress free way to select your rental gown all from the comfort of your own home. We bring 4 curated gowns in your size to your location, allowing you to try them on in your own space, on your own time, and with the people who matter most by your side. Whether you are a bride, a stylist, or planning a styled shoot, this service ensures you can confidently choose a gown that makes you feel extraordinary. How It Works 1. Book your Try- On Appointment Schedule your in-home session with us at your convenience. We'll confirm your sizing and style preferences ahead of time to curate the best gown options for you. 2. We Bring the Boutique to You On your scheduled day, our team arrives with 4 gowns in your requested size range. We'll assist with tyros, provide fit advice, and answer any questions. 3. Select your Favorite Gown Once you've chosen your dream look, we'll handle the reservation and delivery logistics so your gown arrives in perfect condition for your big day. In most cases we leave the gown with you same day.

Service Location Availability This service is available in select areas only. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service zone. Fees A non-refundable try-on fee is required to reserve your appointment and covers transportation, time, and sanitation of gowns. • The try-on fee does not go toward the rental cost. • Gowns are brought in your closest estimated size; alterations are not offered on rental pieces. • Only one rental gown may be selected per session. If you need additional fittings or gown changes, please contact us for further options. • Gowns must be returned in original condition if not selected — damage fees may apply for excessive wear during try-on. • We reserve the right to refuse service if gowns are mishandled or our team feels unsafe in the environment. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your virtual appointment, please give a 24 hour cancellation notice. We are happy to reschedule you for the next available time slot if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations can be made in the form of phone call/voicemail, email, or website. Upon cancelling your appointment, you will receive a cancellation email notification and a brief message regarding the next available time slots. If you cancel your appointment or need to reschedule without a 24 hour notice, no refund can be granted. You will need to reschedule and pay for a new time slot.
