Service Description

Don't have time to get to a tailor? We can assist you with measurement taking in the comfort of your own home. All consultations are via Zoom and are 45 minutes long with a 5 minute buffering time. Client must have access to video camera. The setting must be on (Phone, laptop, or desktop) Client must have voice settings on. Tips: 1. Thin layers work best for this type of consultation. Leggings, yoga pants, and tank tops are preferred. 2. Invite someone to assist you with hard to reach areas. Sometimes it's not easy to read measurements while also holding the tape. It's best to have someone that can assist you with holding the tape and/or reading off measurements for you. Notes: If you are slimming down or on a weight loss journey, please set an appointment with alterations 4-5 months before your wedding day. This will give you enough time to have your gown altered upon arrival. We are located in Chicago, IL and schedule all appointment based on Central Time Zone. Please note this while scheduling. No refunds can be granted if you miss your appointment without a 24 hour notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your virtual appointment, please give a 24 hour cancellation notice. We are happy to reschedule you for the next available time slot if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations can be made in the form of phone call/voicemail, email, or website. Upon cancelling your appointment, you will receive a cancellation email notification and a brief message regarding the next available time slots. If you cancel your appointment or need to reschedule without a 24 hour notice, no refund can be granted. You will need to reschedule and pay for a new time slot.
