When you shop with us, your purchases are protected. We guarantee your orders will be delivered on time and as described or your money back.

Your purchase is protected if:
 

  • The item was purchased on our platform.
     

  • The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page.
     

  • Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example: the wrong shipping address was provided).
     

  • Your account is in good standing.
     

  • Your item is returned to the us due to customs duties (customs clearance/taxes are not included)

How It Works

1. Open communication with us to discuss your problem or contact our customer service team. You can do so 

2. We will contact you regarding your order at our earliest convenience.

3. If you have been granted a refund, you can expect to see your funds in the order in which we received them within 3-20 business days.  We cannot refund you in any other way other than your payment method. (For example: If you made your payment with Debit, we cannot refund you in cash, check, or any other payment method. We can only refund you the way you made your payment.)

Returns & Refunds

Valid as of DECEMBER 19th, 2019

Due to the current epidemic, we will not granting refunds, exchanges, or accept returns. this is to ensure the health of others and prevent the spread of Covid-19. All sales are final. If you have purchased an item and it is the wrong size, color, or arrives damaged in any way, we will gladly open a case and investigate the matter. If the case is ruled in your favor, we will send another item as you have previously ordered. We will only send the same exact order. You (customer) cannot make any changes to your order (color, size, quantity).


If your gown was custom made and custom measurements were submitted, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales regarding custom order are final.

Returns & Refund Policy for custom gowns

This store policy for custom gowns may act as an official contract between LVLY Bride and The client (The person that has paid for an invoice that has been submitted on behalf of LVLY Bride or any employed team members).

We do not accept returns, grant refunds, or allow exchanges for custom gowns or custom gowns with custom measurement submissions. We are not legally responsible if the client has selected their own materials. This (materials) includes any custom beading design, custom lace produced by embroidery, illusion mesh tulle, tulles, crepe, denim, lace, leather, satin, linen, or any other types of materials we carry or use to construct a custom gown.


We do not accept returns, grant refunds, or allow exchanges for custom gowns if the client has approved over 75% of milestones required to construct their custom gown. Milestones may vary depending on the dress design. Milestones will include but is not limited to the following: 

Mock Bodices or any other mock pieces used before construction
Pattern making
Beading
Custom Lace
Custom embroidery
Layering
Stone Placement
Appliqué placement
Fabric Cutting
Constructing any required pieces together to complete the gown (Bodices, Sleeves, Skirts, corsets, zippers etc.)

If a change order is submitted, an additional cost will be charged to the client.
 
If you received your custom gown and wish to file a complaint, you may do so with us via email here: returns@lvlybride.com

All custom gown complaint submissions will be investigated and a case will be opened. With each case, we review the information provided by the client and the design stylist during the consultation period, analyze the issues and form a solution so that the problem is resolved. 

By paying for the invoice sent to you by your design stylist, you have agreed to this store policy, terms and conditions.  Read the official contract here.

 

Replacements

If an item arrives to you broken or shattered, you are eligible to receive a replacement piece. You must pay the shipping cost in order to receive your replacement. please contact us            You can also contact us on any available social media platform. Once we respond to you regarding your order, you must provide evidence that your item is broken. When we have confirmed, we will immediately ship out a replacement piece to you once you have made your payment for shipping.
