Service Description

Your stylist will provide ongoing guidance, make recommendations on fabric and lace, answer questions, and finalize any remaining details until you're ready to say “I Do!” We know how important the details are, so our first step is to understand your unique style and vision. In this 45 minus consultation you have the opportunity to gain clarity on any matter pertaining to your gown, it's design, our timeline, and more. Your design stylist will be happy to clarify any inquiries you may have. We love being direct and honest with brides, and only want you to move forward with us when you’re comfortable. To ensure you get the most out of your virtual appointment please read our key tips below. TIPS 1. Weddings are exciting, no doubt! Its always a good idea to write your questions down on paper before your appointment and ask them during your video call. 2. Take notes. Although all video calls are automatically recorded, it's a good idea to take notes during your call. This way, you can refer back to your notes about answers to any inquiry you may have forgotten during your appointment. 3. Anticipate your appointment and arrive to the chat on time. Time is valuable, and our time slots fill very quickly. If you are late to your appointment, we can only use the remaining time you have left to answer any of your inquiries. Please take note that appointments are based on our time zone (CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME). Based on your location, this time period may vary a few hours forward or behind. 4. PLEASE NOTE, if you miss your appointment, without a 24 hour notice of cancellation, no refund can be granted. You will need to reset your appointment and make an additional payment to set your appointment again. This is the policy.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your virtual appointment, please give a 24 hour cancellation notice. We are happy to reschedule you for the next available time slot if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations can be made in the form of phone call/voicemail, email, or website. Upon cancelling your appointment, you will receive a cancellation email notification and a brief message regarding the next available time slots. If you cancel your appointment or need to reschedule without a 24 hour notice, no refund can be granted. You will need to reschedule and pay for a new time slot.
