Most unopened items sold by or on behalf of LVLYbride sold in new condition and returned within 14 days of delivery will receive a refund. If this item is opened or damaged or does not have a receipt upon refund request. it may be denied a refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund for your item, you must return at the item at your own expense (buyer must pay to ship the item back to us). All items must be returned to the sender address printed on your package. We are not responsible of items in transit that arrive broken.
