Most unopened items sold by or on behalf of LVLYbride sold in new condition and returned within 14 days of delivery will receive a refund. If this item is opened or damaged or does not have a receipt upon refund request. it may be denied a refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund for your item, you must return at the item at your own expense (buyer must pay to ship the item back to us). All items must be returned to the sender address printed on your package. We are not responsible of items in transit that arrive broken. If the item arrives to you broken (severed) please contact us, we are more than happy to resolve the matter with you. If your item is the wrong size, color or is not s described, please contact us via email. If you have placed an order for this item and we are out of stock, we can still produce and ship to you. Please contact us if you would like to place an order if the item is our of stock.  Once we have confirmed and are set to produce, you must pay the production payment first. Once you have made your down payment for production, it is non- refundable. You have 24 hours after payment to make any changes to your order. Once we are set to produce/ construct your order, you cannot change the size, color, quantity, or model of your order. If you wish to make any changes, you must place a separate, additional order.

Take your new arch out of its boxing and wrapping and organize on the floor as it will be assembled.

Please note there may be slight deformation during transportation, please correct it. Deformation does not affect the use of this item.

Insert the interfaces of your arch and twist in your screws until you are no longer abe to twist. 

The arch should be sturdy. and ready to use.  Apply floral arrangements, balloons or any other decoration to your arch. 

The arch can only withstand up to 80 lbs evenly distributed.
