All of our gowns are made to order.
All gowns generally take 10-14days to construct and 4-5 days to ship to you.
All gowns are made to scale standard US sizes.
If you are unsure about your size, we recommend you have measurements taken by your local tailor.
If you are unsure even so, we recommend ordering a size larger and having the dress altered to your body type upon arrival.
If you choose to have your gown altered, please schedule your alteration around the same time your gown is expected to arrive to you, as this will ensure your gown is taken care of before your wedding day.

Once you place your order to be rented, you can expect the robe to arrive to you within 7 days.
Upon delivery, you have 4 consecutive days to rent the deep teal robe.
The item must be shipped the next day (on the fifth day), or within 24 hours of the end of your rental day and or time.
If the item has not been shipped, you will be charged $25 for every day the item is late.
If you are charged $25 but have indeed shipped the item out on time, you must provide a proof of your reciept, that the item was shipped within 24 hours.

Please understand and please note your size before purchasing.
Unopened items sold by or on behalf of LVLYbride are in new condition and must be returned within 7 days of delivery will receive a refund. Buyer must provide a tracking number with proof of shipment within 7 days of purchase. If this item is opened or damaged or does not have a receipt upon refund request. it may be denied a refund or exchange.
In order to receive a refund for your item, you must return at the item at your own expense (buyer must pay to ship the item back to us). All items must be returned to the sender address printed on your package.
